Finally... it's snowing here in Hakuba and it feels like i've been waiting for ages!!! Possibly the best start of the weekend.. And last nights dinner was probably the best in my entire life, almost.. Second time eating wagyu beef here in Japan and it's never making you disappointed! Even though it's EXPENSIVE it's worth every single yen.. You barely have to cut the meat, it just falls a part by holding your knife on top of it and it's literally melting in your mouth. So filling though.. Could barely move after all that meat.. I know my dad will be jealous up to his teeth!!!
Medium rare... yum, yum, yum!!!
