Huntington Beach - O.C - San Diego

From Grand Canyon we drove for all together about eight hours towards L.A and then we ended up in a surf town by the name Huntington Beach. Such a pretty place.. We spent two night there and really enjoyed it before we went through Orange County down to San Diego for six nights, our very last stop in beautiful California. We had an amazing month in California, couldn't been any better and i don't have words for how happy i am to visit all these places, meet all the lovely people we've met.. What an adventure!

Las Vegas - Grand Canyon

The day after our family-birthday-dinner in Malibu we started our journey to Las Vegas, Nevada. We drove for about four hours, and for a couple of those hours it feels like you're driving in the middle of nowhere. And it's hard to imagine that something like Vegas would appear.. Well, Vegas was  as crazy as i thought Vegas would be. It's just built for craziness and for people to have fun but it's an experience. Our night ended in a limousine with a bunch of guys that had a bachelor party for one of them.

After two nights in Vegas we drove to Grand Canyon, another four hour drive into the state Arizona. Puh, Grand Canyon was cold but stunning! Gosh, it was breathtaking, so beautiful! We spent the afternoon there walking around to different parts of the canyon but it really is MASSIVE...

Grand Canyon was definitely one of my favorites. But if you'd ask me what the best part of the trip has been so far i probably wouldn't be able to answer. We've seen and experienced SO many different things.. Such a good trip and we got two weeks left, thumbs up!!

Los Angeles - Malibu

So next part of our trip took place in Malibu and L.A. We stayed with my amazing Vancouver-family for a week and had the best time. I haven't seen them since i left Whistler end of May last year with is a year and a half ago.. So it was more than GREAT to spend time with them, they are a truly beautiful family! Lots of fun was to be had that week, beach days, birthday parties, soccer game and just hanging-out-play-time. Lots of fun!

We also met up with a new friend also living in Malibu, Hudson, that were hanging out with us for a couple of days. How we met is a strange story.. However, it was during Halloween in Santa Barabara, a week before. Who would hangout with two strangers on the beach, take them around Hollywood.. Happy, happy days!!

That was it for today, next up is Vegas and Grand Canyon. Got some stunning photos from Grand Canyon.. Right now we're in Key West, Florida! Drove here and arrived this morning, BEAUTIFUL! We decided to stay here till Thursday, it's just amazing here. Just like paradise!
